Cafetto S15 Cleaning Tablets in a 100-tablet jar are espresso machine cleaning tablets from Cafetto, formulated to dissolve during the automatic cleaning cycle of selected fully automatic espresso machines. The jar is packed for sites cleaning several machines on a daily routine.
Coffee oils build up inside the brew unit every service. Left alone they turn rancid and carry a bitter, stale note into every cup, however good the beans are. A pre-formed 1.5g tablet keeps the routine identical between staff and between shifts, and the 100-tablet jar lowers the cost per clean against blister packs for multi-machine bars, roasteries and multi-site operators.
Dose and cycle timing are set by your machine manufacturer. Follow the cleaning routine in your machine's manual, and rinse thoroughly with potable water after cleaning.
