Do you offer trade pricing?
Yes — every café partner gets volume pricing automatically. The per-unit price drops at 4+, 6+ and 12+ units on any single product, with no code needed.
How fast is delivery?
Order before 12PM and it ships the same day (Mon–Sat). Metro Manila lands in 1–2 days, provincial in 3–5.
When is delivery free?
Free delivery on every order over ₱3,000. Below that, a standard courier rate is applied at checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
GCash, Maya, PayPal and bank transfer — confirmed over WhatsApp or at checkout.
How long do products last?
Most sauces and powders carry an 18-month shelf life, so it's safe to stock up at volume pricing.
